This policy applies to:

• The Japnify corporate website and operational AI contact forms
• Japnify ScanOps research pages and survey submissions
• Japnify Studio pages, guided intake, private previews and service delivery workflows
• Private showcase, prospect preview, order tracking and feedback pages

Some pages are focused on a specific Japnify initiative, but the information is handled under this shared Japnify privacy framework.

We collect information you provide directly, such as:

• Name, email address, organization, role and website
• Operational workflow details submitted through corporate contact forms
• Japnify ScanOps survey responses about service reports, assets, systems and workflows
• Studio intake details, source links, content preferences and project notes
• Revision requests, feedback, support messages and private-preview responses
• Files, links or media you choose to submit for a service, review or private preview

We may also receive limited technical information that browsers and hosting providers normally process, such as IP address, device information, page URL, timestamps and error logs.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to contact, research, survey and service inquiries
• Evaluate operational workflows and Japnify ScanOps research themes
• Provide Japnify Studio services, previews, revisions, delivery and support
• Maintain internal records, project history, quality review and operational continuity

We do not sell personal information. We do not use submitted operational documents, service reports or private media to train public AI models.

Japnify may receive operational documents, service-report details, source links, videos, private-preview assets or other materials when you intentionally submit them. We use those materials only for the related inquiry, research workflow, preview, project or service you requested.

For Japnify ScanOps research, submitted survey responses are used to understand real facilities and operations workflows. Public summaries, if created, are intended to be aggregated or anonymized.

For Japnify Studio, source media and private preview assets remain yours or your licensors'. We use them only to provide the requested review, transformation, delivery or support workflow.

We use trusted service providers to operate the website and related workflows, including:

• Hosting, application infrastructure and database providers
• Email delivery services for internal and transactional notifications
• Cloud storage providers for submitted files and generated deliverables
• Payment processors when paid Studio services are used
• AI, automation or software providers when needed for a requested workflow

These providers are allowed to process information only as needed to support Japnify's operations and requested services.

We retain personal information, submitted materials and internal records only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including inquiry follow-up, research review, service delivery, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, security and operational continuity.

You may request deletion of personal information or submitted materials by contacting inquiry@japnify.com. Some records may be retained where required for legitimate business, legal, security or compliance reasons.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. These measures may include encrypted storage, access controls, hashed access tokens, HTTPS and limited internal access.

No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid submitting sensitive information that is not needed for the relevant inquiry, survey, preview or service workflow.

Japnify does not currently rely on advertising cookies or third-party behavioral advertising on the public website. If analytics or similar tools are added later, this policy will be updated to describe the relevant categories of information and purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law.

To make a privacy request, contact inquiry@japnify.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Japnify websites and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of Japnify websites or services after changes means the updated policy applies.
